With this appliance the temperature is directly measured by a sensor at the heating block.
We use a specially shaped hollow body casted from brass which distributes and gives away the heat evenly. Its smooth surface makes the wood slide easily. The heating block is mounted on a sturdy non-flammable metal case with cooling openings which is equipped with a special heat-resistant lacquer coating to reliably prevent a loss of colour onto the wood. An integrated automatic security switch prevents accidents caused by accidential overheating.
The extremely robust appliance can be safely fixed in a vice or over clamps at the workbench.
Thermostat controlled with temperature regulator, warning light and overheat fuse, incl. bending strap and 2 m wire cable. The adaptor G 95800 (accessory) will adapt the appliance to almost every country’s plug configuration. (The design is due to current security VDE-guidelines)

This device was developed in close co-operation with the "Geigenbauschule Mittenwald". The working platform conforms to the shape of a violin, it is lined with robust felt and can be rotated of 360°. 6 adjustable and fixable jaws hold the blank in place. The socket can be fixed in a vice. Traditional stained and lacquered hard wood.

With this tool the bow tips can be formed very easily.

Grip for quick and safe removing of the endbutton from a violin, guitar or mandolin. The tool can also be used to hold the endbutton while turning down the shaft.

This instrument saves your valuable time with exchanging the bridges. It can be docked to the existing bridge to lift the tensioned strigs and to avoid dropping the old soundpost. At the same time the position of the new soundpost is determined. The sturdy aluminium base is equipped with little felt feet which preserve the lacquering, the string support fits every instrument size and is guided precisely by steel pins, with brass set screw.
